maybe her lower foot can hit the water slightly, but yeah, backgrounds...
you (me as well) just have to practice them if you/i want them
maybe some sort of flying continent theme on the background? with little islands floating around in the sky, i always liked those settings, just look at my previous background, hehe (kinda in the genre) and it could fit with her being a bird
maybe sitting at a fountain, perhaps a tree as well, hmm... i dunno
then you also could change the title to : Winged Lady by the Fountain =3
